Liz joined Avery Dennison in 2007, and is responsible for providing overall strategic HR leadership to her functional and business teams, including leadership and organization development, performance management, training, compensation, staffing, employee relations, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
During her tenure at Avery Dennison she served in a variety of roles, including regional HR manager, HR business partner for the automotive and industrial specialty businesses, and the Vancive medical group. Prior to joining Avery Dennison, Liz served as manager, employee training, development and communications for Ford Motor Company in Indianapolis.
She holds a Bachelor degree from Butler University and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.
